Lonestar Sports Performance clients include student athletes from elementary to college, that compete on a Field, Court, Ice, Track, or Golf course, who are trying to get more athletic, elevate their play in preparation for an upcoming season, make their select or school team, earn a starting position, earn a college scholarship, or play professional sports.

Speed, Quickness & Agility

Offered for athletes year-round, this class is built for those that are always looking for that next step in their athleticism. It’s a great opportunity to get focused and improve your performance like never before.

Tuesday: 530-630pm
Thursday: 500-600pm
Cost: $30/session 

RETURN TO SPORT REHAB

The bridge between rehab and competition

One-on-one specific strength training designed to bridge the gap between PT and full release to competiion. It targets individual weaknesses and looks to address overall strength as athletes head back to competition after rehab from injury

By appointment only

Cost: $95/session

VERTIMAX 101

Train like a pro!

Course is designed to introduce athletes to training with our VertiMax and Raptor equipment. Special attention is given to deceleration training that protects athletes during training and competition by strengthening the muscle groups that assist in slowing down athletic movements, which is where most injuries occur.

Tuesday: 630-730pm

Wednesday: 500-600pm
Cost: $30/session
