PRICING
We offer both individual and small group training sessions. Our trainers may suggest individual sessions to start to enable their ability to assess proper form and movement techniques of the athlete. This also allows the trainers to enhance their ability to identify and correct muscular weakness or imbalances that may limit performance or increase the risk of injury.
Small groups are created based on age and athletic ability. In either case, the training sessions are designed to be progressive and based on the principles of periodization, which consider the season (preseason, in-season, off-season) the athlete is in.
Team training is available both remotely and on sight upon request.
SMALL GROUP SESSION

$160 for 4 (once a week)
$280 for 8 (twice a week)
ONE-ON-ONE SESSION
$55/hr

$200 for 4 (once a week)
